Your preview request and privacy
This notice explains how Nailo uses information submitted through its free website preview form. The form is a request for a service, not a marketing signup or a payment.
Information you share
We save your salon name, town or postcode, chosen contact method, and email address or phone number. We also save your optional Maps or Instagram link. We use these details to check the salon information, prepare your preview, and reply to you.
Please do not include card details, passwords, client lists, or sensitive personal information. The initial form does not ask for these. If you later share photos or other salon material, share only material you have permission to use.
Request records and abuse prevention
We save a request reference, creation time, and fulfillment status so we can manage your request. The form uses its reference to avoid duplicate records when a submission is retried.
We also save a keyed hash derived from the request’s IP address to limit abusive submissions. The preview-request database does not store the raw IP address in that field. Hosting and analytics services may process network information separately.
Website measurement
Nailo uses NanoCorp analytics to understand site visits and actions such as opening the example or requesting a preview. Submission events include the request reference and contact-method type, not your typed email address or phone number.
We record campaign tags, the referring website’s origin, and the landing-page path when available. First-visit source information is kept in your browser’s session storage and attached to the request. This helps us understand how visitors find Nailo.
Services used to handle your request
Our website is hosted on Vercel, and preview requests are saved in a Neon database. NanoCorp provides business infrastructure and site analytics. These services process information needed to operate the website and handle requests.
Submitting the form saves a request for Nailo to review. It does not automatically send a confirmation email, generate a website, enroll you in an outreach sequence, or send you to a payment service.
Questions, corrections, and deletion requests
Contact nailo@nanocorp.app to ask about your information, correct your request, or request deletion. Include your request reference if you have it. We do not publish your contact details as a customer example.
